Robert Half Signing Services Coordinator in Akron, Ohio

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Insurance industry, located in Akron, Ohio. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating signing services for our customers through our vendor network. This role requires a keen focus on exceeding customer’s turnaround time and service expectations, and maintaining strong working relationships with both customers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the processing and management of signing services for our customers through our vendor network

• Maintain strong working relationships with our customers and vendors

• Manage signing agent network to ensure exceptional and professional experience for customers

• Monitor and follow up on all open signing services assignments daily to meet customers’ expectations and turnaround time requirements

• Handle incoming signing services requests in accordance with department guidelines

• Understand and process correction requests and re-works

• Assist in setting quality expectations for signing services to meet industry guidelines and customer specifications

• Negotiate with vendors to improve service and decrease costs

• Recruit and vet qualified signing agents for the signing agent network, maintaining their licensing, background checks, and certification

• Assign signing services based on experience, turnaround time, and signing agent’s performance

• Manage status updates from vendors and customers in a courteous and timely manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience in managing vendor relationships effectively

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service

• Ability to monitor services to ensure they meet client needs and company standards

• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in email correspondence

• Experience in document review, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

• Knowledge of administrative procedures within the insurance industry

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to team goals

• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• High level of organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the role

• Professional demeanor and strong ethical standards.
