Job Title: Compliance Analyst
Location: Alameda, CA

Key Responsibilities:
House e-documents and maintain organized files.
Perform computer database input and retrieval efficiently.
Conduct word processing, filing, and faxing in accordance with established standards.
Review original documents and ensure the accuracy of copies.
Retrieve electronic documents from various court and agency websites.
Set up and draft correspondence and memoranda.
Conduct legal research and investigative tasks, including obtaining information or documents from external parties as directed.
Log documents and assemble data as instructed by lawyers and paralegals.
Manage documents for photocopying/scanning.
Lead matter management and maintain accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented individual with a proactive and go-getter attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in computer database management and retrieval.
Excellent word processing and filing capabilities.
Familiarity with legal research processes.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
