Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Data Validation Tech in Alameda, California. This role is within the healthcare industry and will involve administrative tasks such as supporting managers through various software platforms. This role requires a range of skills in office management, data validation, and document scanning.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accurate processing of customer applications
• Maintain and update customer records with precision
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as required
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Power Point 2010 to manage and organize data
• Validate data and ensure its accuracy in the system
• Scan and digitize documents as necessary
• Coordinate meetings and manage schedules for two managers
• Maintain records in an organized and efficient manner
• Use Basic Office Skills to perform administrative tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Demonstrated ability in basic office skills
• Experience with preparing and managing expense reports
• Ability to type at a speed between 6,000 to 8,000 KPH, both alphanumeric and numeric
• Proven experience in records maintenance
• Competence in coordinating and scheduling meetings
• Prior experience in data validation role
• Familiarity with document scanning processes
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and initiative.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
