Robert Half Recruiting Manager in Alameda, California

Description

Technical Skills:

· 4+ years in a Manager role with the ability to manage themselves and others on the team

· They will be managing the recruiting function as well as a Recruiting Coordinator and teammate that will be leaving and typically screens candidates

· Full Cycle Recruiting with a proven and strong sourcing/recruiting/interview strategy

· Someone who values building relationships internally with hiring managers/partners and externally with candidates

· Higher-caliber profile recruiting as the roles this person will be managing is very niche and specific to finding talent with BIG 4 backgrounds

· There are 5-10 ongoing roles this person will be recruiting for (Organizational Change Management, Instructional Design, Communications, Program Management roles of all levels (Analysts, Managers, Consultants).

· Maintaining relationships with the Universities they work with as they will do some University Recruiting and sourcing new grad candidates

Systems:

· HRIS - Lever (Not a hard requirement)
