Robert Half Recruiting Manager in Alameda, California

Description Job Function Details:

• Manage our recruiting and talent operations, processes, and performance metrics and analytics.

• 30 open positions at any given time

• Manage two recruiters

• Must be able to establish and maintain relationship with all upper Leadership

• Maintain weekly/monthly pipeline reports for talent

• Prepare reports for departments, hiring managers, leadership.

• Prepare and present relevant reports to the human resources leadership

• Manage recruitment efforts via our social media outlets (5%)

• Extend job offers, prepare offer letters and perform reference checks, process verifications of employment and/or other background checks as needed

• Serve as knowledge expert on company HRIS as a backup to the Senior HR Specialist.

Technical Skills:

• 3 - 5 years experience full cycle recruitment experience.

• 1-2 years of proven experience developing passive candidate pipeline

• HRIS experience (KRONOS preferred not required)

• HR Certification highly preferred (PHR, SPHR, CEBS)

• Comprehensive and current knowledge of HR Compliance, in California

Systems:

KRONOS/UKG, Microsoft office suite, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.), Excel power query is a plus Requirements Corporate Recruiting, Diversity Recruitment, e-Recruitment
