Small to mid sized rapidly growing company is seeking a Director of Finance. Job duties include: monthly closings and financial reporting; budgeting and forecasting; financial analysis; financial reporting for multiple divisions; serve as a key member of the finance department; projections and forecasting for expansion and potential M& A activities; various other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements
