We have a well-respected client that is urgently hiring for a Human Resources Manager to join their team. The main focus of the HR Generalist will involve completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Main assignments will involve comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. What you get to do every day

  • Employ HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration

  • Analyze employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly

  • Parter with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities

  • Craft employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities

  • Craft onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations

  • Produce a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections

  • Manage disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances

  • Support physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records

  • Craft official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters

  • Design employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience

    Requirements - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required

  • PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

  • Super organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset are a must

  • Professional in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • 1+ years of human resources experience

  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
