Robert Half International Human Resources (HR) Manager in ALBANY, New York
Looking to hire an on-site HR manager who will be responsible for recruiting and new hires, onboarding and training, documentation and maintaining employee records, performance reviews, benefits and workers compensation administration, disciplinary actions and employee/union relations. The HR manager over time would also coordinate HR activities with our subsidiary company.
The HR manager would work in tandem with the other members of the management team, and would report to the VP- General Manager, with a dotted line to corporate, off-site HR.
At least 2-3 years of previous HR or related administrative experience is required.

Requirements •Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
•Minimum of 2 years Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment required.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required; proficiency in HR systems, such as ADP or Cloud based system.
•Union experience preferred.
•Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing demands and priorities.
•Must exhibit excellent communication written and verbal communication skills.
