LOCATED IN ALBANY, NY Our candidate, a Government Entity that supervises and regulates the activities of Pharmaceutical Institutions throughout the State, is seeking multiple Paralegals to join their busy team on a year-long, contractual basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-end legal support to the Department in regulating Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM) operating in New York. The Paralegal will assist the attorneys in all aspects of the PBM registration, licensure, examination, and reporting processes. Duties include drafting documents, responding to public comments, researching and analyzing legal issues, and other assigned duties.
