Description
Rachel Miller is partnering with a non profit in the Albany Area on an exciting opportunity for a Program Lead. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our program team, ensuring objectives are met and staff performance is optimized. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks within our industry.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage the daily activities of the program team
• Supervise the performance of direct reports and ensure team objectives are met
• Evaluate team productivity through monitoring and tracking performance measures
• Provide coaching and identify professional development opportunities for team members
• Monitor program participants and provide support throughout the program life cycle
• Oversee the caseload intake process, ensuring it is streamlined and well-defined
• Collaborate with Program Coordinators and Program Specialists to meet project deadlines
• Utilize data to monitor service delivery and make recommendations to improve outcomes
• Conduct internal audits to ensure all required paperwork is accurate and meets deadlines
• Provide guidance to program participants and assist with training for new Program Specialists and Program Coordinators
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field
3 years of experience in human services
2 years of experience in Medicaid
2 years of supervisory experience
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
