Description The SAP Configuration Manager role is focused on delivering value for key business initiatives and is responsible for aligning efforts across various product/delivery teams.

Lead communication with stakeholder groups, including securing must be eligible to work in the U.S., establishing governance and proactively building awareness of the program and outcomes.
Collaborate with the development team to design, test, implement, and maintain updates within company databases and applications necessary to streamline/automate a business process.
Identify and analyze all risks that might impact the completion of a project milestone, and establish risk mitigation strategies.
Data validation and report development.
Establish high-level goals and road map associated with their project.
Document project work across all teams through visualizations.
Create alignment and facilitate conversations to mitigate risks, manage dependencies and remove roadblocks across the program.
Keep track of project costs.
Lead the design, development and implementation of project policies and standardized processes to improve and/or establish best practices for efficiency and consistency.
Surface business objectives and desired outcomes, establish key results and monitor KPIs to show progress and measure the value of delivery.
Own planning, initiation and discovery activities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to effectively manage program scope and execution of value delivery for key initiatives, communicate status of the project to senior management.
Document inputs/outputs of complex workflows, understand dependencies, facilitate workshops, process and value stream mapping activities to create awareness, highlight waste and illustrate value delivered.
Organize and execute pre-deployment user acceptance testing that is specific to the project. Requirements The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. However, candidates with equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience will also be considered. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP Solution Manager, ITSM, configuration, and workflow setup. The candidate should also have experience with configuration management and data governance in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. They should be able to work effectively with third-party vendors and service providers. Moreover, the candidate should be able to work both individually (self-motivated) and in a team environment. They should have a working knowledge of relational database and SQL concepts, as well as DevOps and/or Software Development Lifecycle concepts and methodologies. Finally, SAP ERP data model functional knowledge and MDC configuration skills are desired for this role. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
