Description

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries using Sage 300.
Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
Analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual WIP reports for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure WIP reports reflect project progress accurately.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Participate in financial audits and assist auditors in their tasks.
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in financial operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
CPA designation is a plus.
Proficiency in Sage 300 (formerly known as Sage Accpac).
Strong understanding of WIP reporting and project accounting.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices is a plus.
