Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager in Salem, Oregon. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery. Your role will be critical in guiding our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain to support our ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supply chain, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Provide guidance and direction to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to manage and track supply chain processes
• Handle the procurement of parts from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
• Facilitate the building of parts to specifications, coordinating with relevant departments
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize performance and meet business goals
• Generate KPI reports to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
• Liaise with suppliers and other stakeholders to resolve inquiries and issues promptly
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer credit applications and accounts
• Take appropriate action based on customer account monitoring, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Requirements • Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Demonstrated ability in KPI Reporting
• Experience in Manufacturing setting
• Skilled in Supply Chain Management
• Strong ability to create and implement Supply Chain Strategy
• Proven experience in Teamwork, collaborating with others to achieve common goals
