Description
Local company in ALBQUERQUE is seeking a FULLTIME Bilingual/Spanish Speaking Receptionist. Receptionist needed to answer multi-line phone system, mail prep, scanning documents and any other administrative duties assigned. Must have good communication skills and Microsoft Office experience. This is a FULLTIME Monday thru Friday 8A-5P position. Good Attendance is an absolute must, as well as reliable transportation. Apply today!
Requirements • Proficiency in the Spanish language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in receptionist duties, including handling phone calls and customer inquiries
• Familiarity with basic office skills such as filing, scheduling, and organization
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and respect for confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures or responsibilities.
