Robert Half Accounting Clerk in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Description
We are seeking a meticulous Accounting Clerk to join our client's Team based in ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico. This role is integral to their accounting function, where you will manage specific aspects such as accounts payable and receivable.
You will work directly with the Controller and other department managers.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various teams, providing information crucial to the decision-making process.
• Handle the processing of Accounts Receivable.
• Oversee and participate in the processing of Accounts Payable, including account coding.
• Assist in cash management and monitor cash balances.
• Prepare or review monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with monthly financial statement reports.
• Assist with the timely filing of NM Gross Receipts tax returns, annual Operating Expense reconciliations, and annual Form 1099 reporting.
• Ensure timely property tax and personal property payments.
Requirements
Ideal candidate will have:
• Must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in AP and AR processing and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Enterprise is required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed.
