Description
100% ON site in Albuquerque, NM! Local Commercial Insurance Agency seeks an Insurance Account Manager. This position will start with taking on small commercial accounts with the goal be growing in the company. Will also be responsible for basic Admin duties: mail, ordering of supplies, daily processing, etc., but main responsibility will be Account Manager. Preferred background in Insurance industry. This position is Full time, M-F 730-430 with the potential to become permanent. Apply today!
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Insurance Account Manager role or a similar position
• Proficiency in account management and key account management
• Demonstrated experience in account maintenance
• Expertise in commercial insurance is mandatory
• Familiarity with general insurance, insurance agencies, insurance brokerage, and insurance claims
• Experience in insurance collections, working with insurance companies and understanding insurance coverage
• Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry
• Experience in insurance billing is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
