Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator I. This position will be remote, providing the flexibility to work from a location that suits you. The primary industry is marketing, and the role will involve a range of marketing activities, including business development, market research, and coordinating virtual member events.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and assist with various marketing activities
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends
• Coordinate and support virtual member events to engage with members and promote our brand
• Handle administrative tasks related to marketing operations efficiently
• Develop and edit marketing collateral to ensure clear and effective communication
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT to manage tasks and present data
• Apply strong communication skills to interact with team members and respond to customer inquiries
• Show a detail-oriented work ethic and attention to detail in all tasks
• Utilize online video meeting tools for communication and collaboration
• Employ effective time management and multitasking skills to meet deadlines.
Requirements • Proven experience in marketing or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Ability to supervise and manage marketing activities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record in business development
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience in video creation and editing
• Knowledge and experience in market research
• Strong understanding of marketing communication principles
• Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a high level of creativity and innovation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred Innovation starts with people.®
