Description
The job role primarily involves providing high-quality customer service by fulfilling various operations services for Trust and IRA accounts. Key responsibilities include printing and delivering client statements, updating and monitoring relevant spreadsheets, data entry from broker statements to accounting software, balancing cash-outs, assisting with asset location reconciliations, and handling daily requests from the administration. The ideal candidate would have knowledge in the securities field, strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word, is required.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Competency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is needed.
• Ability to handle Data Processing tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Experience with About Time software is beneficial.
• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary.
• Auditing skills are a must.
• Knowledge of Budget Processes is required.
• Ability to handle Check Processing tasks is essential.
