Description
100% on site in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Local company in Santa Fe seeks a part time Full Charge Bookkeeper to assist with quality earnings review reports through the end of this year. Will be working primarily in Sage, although Sage experience is not required. Must have 5+ years of Bookkeeping experience. This position is high paying, due to the short hours. Only looking for 10-15 hours per week through 2024, hours can be flexible. Apply today!
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping role.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Experience in bank reconciliations.
• Detailed knowledge and experience in bookkeeping.
• Proficient in data entry tasks.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in month-end close procedures.
• Knowledge of payroll procedures.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
