I have a fully remote direct hire job opportunity for a software development client, that is looking for Accounts Administrator / Operations Specialist)

The Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, managing the company’s accounts payable and receivable, processing payments with external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping software and skilled in key software tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Business Products, SAP Ariba, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and customer messaging systems (e.g., Help Scout).

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Analyst role within the Hi Tech Engineering industry

• Proficiency in Order Management

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of CRM - Customer Relationship Manager software

• Familiarity with SAP Ariba software

• Ability to analyze sales data and create detailed reports

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
