Local Funeral Home is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to help with the day to day duties of the office, may have to travel to cemetery and other funeral homes in the metro area. Data entry, renewing insurance licensing and tracking sales and reports. Must have over the top computer skills and the willingness to learn. We are searching for a passionate Sales Assistant. This role is an exciting opportunity for passionate and motivated individuals. This Sales Assistant position from Robert Half is with a Service company located in the Albuquerque, New Mexico region and will be a long-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity.

Supporting the sales department with the promotion of company products and services
Aiding sales teams by contributing administrative, technical and clerical support
Coordinating courses and training internal employees
Handling additional Sales Assistant-related duties as assigned
Respond to customer requests quickly and professionally, providing superior service
Requirements - Microsoft Office knowledge required
Preferred: 2+ years of Sales Assistant experience
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Prior experience coordinating projects, utilizing strong social skills, and working well with all levels of personnel and outside clients and vendors
- Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Expertise in Sales Teams
Solid understanding of data entry
navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
