Description We are offering an opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk position in Alexandria, Virginia. This role will focus on providing efficient data entry and customer service tasks in an office setting. The position will require proficiency in a variety of key skills such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring all information is correctly inputted into the system
• Using 10 Key Skills to swiftly and accurately input numerical data
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Corresponding with customers and team members via email, ensuring all communication is clear and professional
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to organize and maintain data and documents
• Organizing files and documents, keeping the workspace tidy and data easily accessible
• Performing calculations where necessary to ensure accurate data records
• Scanning documents and files, converting physical documentation into digital formats
• Typing and inputting data swiftly and accurately, maintaining the company's standard for data entry speed and accuracy. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
