Description We are in the process of recruiting an International Marketing Manager to join our team. The position is based in Alexandria, Virginia, and operates within the marketing industry. The role involves managing integrated marketing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and overseeing the execution of campaigns across multiple global markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that effectively promote the company's brand and products across multiple global markets

• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget

• Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure that marketing campaigns align with overall company goals and objectives

• Use various marketing tools and techniques, including advertisements, to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences

• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using the findings to make informed decisions about future campaigns

• Plan, implement, and manage marketing projects, ensuring that all project requirements are met

• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute marketing campaigns

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, using this information to inform marketing strategies. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably at an international level.

• Proven competence in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

• Demonstrable experience in creating and managing advertising strategies.

• Proficiency in developing and promoting brand awareness on a global scale.

• Proven track record in planning, coordinating, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

• Proficient in marketing-related software programs.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and to build and maintain detail oriented relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
