My client is an evolving and successful organization with a need for a Recruiter to join a growing HR team. The Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, which includes, but is not limited to sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a great experience.


· Stay informed and knowledgeable of recruiting trends and best practices

· Manage full life cycle recruiting

· Acts as liaison between company, hiring manager and candidates

· Partners with HR Manager to determine staffing needs and position requirements

· Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations

· Ensures all hiring activities are adequately tracked and maintained

· Maintain application forms, resumes and interview documentation for all candidates

· Use resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, networking events, job boards, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates

· Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting processes

· Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals

· Partners with HR and Payroll to ensure a smooth transition for onboarding

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

· Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Proficient using LinkedIn and online job boards

· College degree preferred

· 2+ years’ recruitment experience
