Robert Half is seeking candidates to fill an Administrative Assistant position with established construction software company working onsite Allentown, Pennsylvania. Become an integral part of this team with this Administrative Assistant role as you will be supporting the office in a team-oriented environment and providing encouragement and positivity with interactions. In this Administrative Assistant position, you will be the first point of contact in the office and providing administrative support to the team. This Administrative Assistant will also be playing a vital role in maintaining company files and verifying account information in a timely manner. The Administrative Assistant will be communicating on behalf of the team and must have skilled communication skills to handle phone, email and web communications. Work with home office to ensure accurate account setup and resolve issues
Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy
Handle follow up items after client meetings
Organize and route incoming telephone calls
Conduct transactions on behalf of clients
Handle project support and ensures deadlines are met
Handle contract administration and data entry
Reporting tracking/maintenance to ensure practice is current and compliant in areas such as financial planning, managed accounts, etc.

Prior Administrative experience and/or other Office-related experience
Capability to adapt quickly to changes and learn new things
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Strong computers skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
