OfficeTeam is currently searching for skilled candidates to fill a dynamic opening as an Administrative Assistant with a reputable company located and onsite at their office in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Play a vital role with this Administrative Assistant position as you will be the first point of contact for all visitors in the building and greeting them with professionalism and a friendly face! The Administrative Assistant will also be assisting with making sure all inventory is being properly inputted into the system and accurately matching. Become an integral part of the team in this Administrative Assistant role as you will also be assisting with the creation of sales orders and making sure all service tickets are being prepared and submitted. This Administrative Assistant may also be assisting with any other administrative tasks within the office.


Answer and direct all incoming phone calls; take messages when needed

Greet all visitors and clients with a level of professionalism and making sure they are signed in

Maintain and order all office supplies and inventory as needed

Maintain and organize all paper and digital files

Receive product through reconciliation to packing list and match serial numbers

Oversee the shipment of orders to customers and all orders back to the office for any repairs

Create sales orders for products in showroom

Write out service tickets

Assist with product warranty registrations

Assist with communication to maximize any sales opportunities with potential clients

Perform quality checks and prep new product

Assist with maintenance of rental items upon return from clients

1+ years’ experience Administrative or Office-related positions

Proficiency of having strong attention to detail skills

Capability of having excellent organizational skills

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Candidate should have strong understanding of being able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking skills a must!

Aptitude of having a positive, can do attitude and strong willingness to learn!
