Robert Half is seeking a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our team in a dual role as a Customer Service Representative and Receptionist and is willing to work nights and weekends.   • Customer Assistance: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing requests, resolving issues, and providing information about our products or services.

  • Phone and Email Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.

  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.

  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.

  • Greet and Welcome: Greet visitors and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression.

  • Phone Handling: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as needed.

  • Mail and Package Handling: Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Scheduling: Assist with appointment scheduling and maintain staff calendars.

  • Maintain a Tidy Front Desk: Keep the reception area clean and organized to create a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between visitors and company personnel, relaying messages and inquiries to the appropriate department or staff members.



  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable attitude.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.

  • Proficiency in using office equipment and basic office software.

  • Flexibility with scheduling, including the ability to handle receptionist duties while providing customer service support.

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends
