Phone and Email Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
Greet and Welcome: Greet visitors and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression.
Phone Handling: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as needed.
Mail and Package Handling: Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Scheduling: Assist with appointment scheduling and maintain staff calendars.
Maintain a Tidy Front Desk: Keep the reception area clean and organized to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between visitors and company personnel, relaying messages and inquiries to the appropriate department or staff members.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using office equipment and basic office software.
Flexibility with scheduling, including the ability to handle receptionist duties while providing customer service support.
