SUMMARY

Robert Half is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill a rewarding role as a Human Resources Recruiter for a highly reputable Healthcare organization working onsite in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Play a vital role with this Human Resources position as you will be assisting the team in recruiting efforts and locating talent for the company’s operations. This Human Resources Recruiter will be handling the full cycle recruiting process and assisting with onboarding operations for all new employees. In this Human Resources Recruiter role, you will also be helping with the Exit interviews and updating Employee information in the database. DUTIES

Source resumes for potential candidates on various job board websites and incoming applications

Post available job openings online and on company website

Phone screen and interview potential candidates

Attend job fairs, college expos, networking events and other various recruiting events

Help verify I-9 documentation and maintain updated information

Assist with new employee background checks

Sit in on exit interviews

Manage workflow and prioritize open positions

Assist Human Resources Manager with other HR-related tasks

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years' in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience

High Volume Full-Cycle Recruiting a must; prior industry in Medical or Healthcare a plus!

Full-Cycle Recruiting including Posting Available Openings, Phone Screening/Interviewing, Sourcing and Performing Onboarding processes!

Strong Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent Communication skills, including both written and verbal

Capability of having excellent organization skills

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related studies!
