OfficeTeam is currently seeking success-driven candidates to fill various openings as a Human Resources Recruiter for a reputable healthcare organization we are currently working with located in Allentown, PA. In this Human Resources Recruiter role, you will be assisting in finding efficient talent for the company's operations and providing additional Human Resources assistance. Become an integral part of the team with this Human Resources Recruiter role as you will managing the full cycle recruiting process for finding candidates and assist in maintaining the candidate database. Your focus as a Human Resources Recruiter will be sourcing candidates through applications and reviewing resumes through various job board websites. This Human Resources Recruiter may also be responsible for attending job fairs and networking events to assist in the company's hiring needs. The Human Resources Recruiter should ideally have recruiting experience and if you've worked previously in staffing, this would be the ideal position for you! Source resumes for potential candidates on various job board websites and incoming applications

Post available job openings online and on company website

Phone screen and interview potential candidates

Attend job fairs, college expos, networking events and other various recruiting events

Help verify I-9 documentation and maintain updated information

Assist with new employee background checks

Manage workflow and prioritize open positions

Assist Human Resources Manager with other HR-related tasks

3+ years' in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience

High Volume Full-Cycle Recruiting a must; prior industry in Medical or Healthcare a plus!

Full-Cycle Recruiting including Posting Available Openings, Phone Screening/Interviewing, Sourcing and Performing Onboarding processes!

Strong Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent Communication skills, including both written and verbal

Capability of having excellent organization skills

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related studies!
