OfficeTeam is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill a challenging role as an Inventory Clerk with a reputable health organization we’re currently working with located in Allentown, PA. Get your chance to contribute with this Inventory Clerk role as you will be working efficiently to ensure the back office and inventory tasks run smoothly and completed on time. This Inventory Clerk will be supporting the hospital’s inventory operations and be responsible for picking, sorting, and distributing various hospital supplies and equipment through the facility. In this Inventory Clerk position, there will be large amounts of time where you will be standing and must be okay lifting various equipment on a day-to-day basis. Provide excellent customer service

Reading and picking items in the inventory room based upon the pick sheet

Make sure you are locating items within the storage room and stage items in specified areas

Read over the itemized pallet list and accurately count items; document as necessary

Access product information, enter and update information as necessary

Scan, file and organize various documents

Additional clerical tasks as assigned

Prior experience in similar roles or Inventory position

Capability of lifting and picking of supplies

Must be okay standing for most of the day

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Understanding of basic Math skills (addition, multiplication, division, and subtraction)

Must have a positive attitude and is self-motivated; strong ability to work under little supervision!

Candidate must be okay working a flexible schedule either 1st or 2nd shift hours
