Responsibilities:
Leading overall office administration
Routing calls to appropriate departments
Taking charge of office operations, including mail and distribution services, office reception, equipment management, utility services, and communication systems
Evaluating and improving overall office production
Assisting in developing and revising office policies and procedures for improved workflow
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
1+ years of job-related experience
1+ year(s) in a management or leadership role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
