Description
We are recruiting for the role of an overnight Registration Specialist for a dynamic company in the Healthcare industry based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of administrative functions and interacting with a diverse patient base.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative office tasks and functions.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Provide information and assistance to patrons.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist with project coordination and management.
Support department managers with various tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Patient-facing experience is preferred.
Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills.
Strong knowledge and competence in providing a positive patient experience.
Ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base, including individuals seeking emergency services.
Adaptable, flexible, and able to multitask as per manager's request.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
