OfficeTeam is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill multiple openings for a rewarding Second Shift Customer Service Representative role with a highly cutting edge and very reputable organization located in Allentown, PA. In these Second Shift Customer Service Representative positions, you will be responsible with communicating with clients regarding questions into billing and fee questions for services provided. This Customer Service Representative will be communicating on behalf of the company and these individuals must be able to navigate, sometimes difficult, questions about billing and knowing when to escalate or decide which course of action is best. The Second Shift Customer Service Representative will look at the relationship with the client and figure out what direction to take the conversation. Play a vital role with this Second Shift Customer Service Representative position as you must be focused on maintaining a high level of professionalism in each call while keeping a fun and engaged office setting. This Second Shift Customer Service Representative must also be able to handle high call volume and be able to think and adapt quickly to different customer situations. This Second Shift Customer Service Representative must also be competent in knowing that a strong, positive attitude and reliability will be needed. In addition, these Second Shift Customer Service Representative positions do require flexibility in that you will be working a second shift, 2pm to 10pm schedule and candidates will be working on-site at the office located in Allentown, PA.
Answering incoming phone calls from a queue and assist clients with any type of billing of fee questions
Perform various email and phone correspondence with potential and existing clients
Make sure you have a strong knowledge of all products and services the company provides in order to help the client

2+ years' experience in Customer Service or Technical Support roles preferred
Candidates with Business-to-Business Customer Service experience highly preferred!
Candidate must be able to adapt quickly to changing customer service inquiries and have critical thinking
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidate must be able to adapt working in a fast-paced environment and being able to multi-task
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a reliable and dependable employee!
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred in Business-related studies
Candidates must be flexible working hours that might not be a typical first-shift schedule and work on-site at office in Allentown, PA
