OfficeTeam is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill a rewarding role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a very reputable Health Network working onsite in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Play a vital role with this Talent Acquisition Specialist role as you will be supporting the Human Resources department with various tasks relating to HR such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Orientation and other various responsibilities. One of the main roles in this Talent Acquisition Specialist will be onboarding all new employees and making sure all administrative paperwork and other information is updated in the system prior to starting. This Talent Acquisition Specialist will be working in a high-volume setting, so prior experience with high volume Onboarding is a plus. The Talent Acquisition Specialist may also be assisting with Recruiting and connecting with potential candidates. Provide support with Onboarding tasks for all new employees
Make sure all Onboarding paperwork is completed such as, but not limited to: Tax Paperwork, I9s, W2s, Training and Policies/Procedures, etc.
Schedule incoming employees for any appointments regarding Backgrounds, Clearances and/or Drug Testing as needed
Email new employees regarding details surrounding offers, first day information, dress code, work schedules, compensation, etc.
Provide new employees with any training materials, manuals, login information and technology as needed
Make sure new employees are aware of tasks surrounding their role
Ensure new employees have the necessary technical assistance to set up hardware and software
Answer any questions from new employees regarding their role or the company
Schedule interviews with potential candidates according to management’s schedule; send all links out for any virtual meetings with candidates
Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings
Helps conduct benefits enrollment for new employees
Assist with recruiting efforts including sourcing resumes and conducting phone screens as needed
Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork
Assists HR Manager with various research projects and/or special projects.

2+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and/or other Onboarding-related roles
Experience working in High Volume Onboarding roles a plus!
Proficient Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and any related HR or HRIS Systems
Candidates must display excellent Problem Solving and Interpersonal Skills
Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
Must be dependable and have a positive attitude!
Candidates must be able to work independently, goal-driven and be able to work in an efficient manner!
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources-related studies
Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
