Robert Half International Customer Service Representative in ALLISON PARK, Pennsylvania


Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Representative

A growing company located in Allison Park is looking for a Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Representative. This is currently a temporary-to-hire, full-time position, Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:30PM. This is a dual role of both customer service and order fulfillment/shipping.


-Answer calls

-Place orders for customers over the phone

-Assist with the shipping team when needed

-Reporting daily revenue numbers

-Maintain an inventory report

-Assist with creating customer accounts

-Other various job tasks as needed.


  • Customer Service experience preferred

  • Order fulfillment experience preferred

  • Must be able to work in a Fast-Paced environment

  • Must be Organized, and Proficient

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to solve complicated problems with actionable solutions

  • Self-starter with a positive attitude

  • Must be able to lift 40lb boxes, work on picking cart and ladder.

  • Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

  • Proven computer skills

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

    • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Experience with Microsoft Word

  • Strong familiarity with switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

  • Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel

  • Demonstrated knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • Shipping & receiving experience

  • Solid understanding of customer service

  • Adeptness in MS Outlook

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
