Description

Robert Half is supporting a corporation in Alpharetta in the search for a junior contracts administrator. The role primarily involves supporting various functions within the Legal Department, including contract preparation, system administration, and routine operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, draft, and revise contract documents specifically related to Truck and Equipment Leasing and Syndication.

• Track contract activity to ensure documentation is electronically sent and executed promptly.

• Maintain certificates of insurance for all leased equipment, including verification of required coverages, maintenance of tracking system, obtaining required renewals, and disbursement of insurance information to funding partners.

• Maintain all internal document tracking and informational systems.

• Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate parties regarding contract status.

• Collaborate closely with the applicable internal teams to ensure contracts meet legal guidelines and company policies.

• Maintain contract templates in the Company’s electronic files and keep all original contracts in fireproof file drawers.

• Assist with all aspects of Legal Department administration as required.

• Undertake other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Contracting Processes is essential.

• Demonstrable experience with Contracts is required (1-2 years preferred)

• Familiarity with DocuSign software is expected.

• Prior experience as a Legal Assistant in the Automotive industry is highly desirable.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with legal terminology and principles.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with legal research methods and ability to understand and interpret legal documents.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information.
