Job Description:

  • Leads various initiatives within the Controllership, supporting the oversight of shared service operations, accounting, tax, general ledger, and governance processes.

  • Develops performance measures and provides analysis to support the finance team’s strategic vision and plan.

  • Engages in world class project management ensuring that cross functional initiatives are focused, and the business plans are executed timely.

  • Drive initiatives with cross functions and business partner functions to share best practices across the business.

  • Implements strategies and tactics to measure success and benefits of key initiatives in the finance team.

  • Develops and implements external benchmarking and comparison measures that support the strategies and tactics required by finance to improve the business.

  • Build processes to help maintain accountability of the finance organization.

  • Manages special projects as requested by Finance leadership team.

  • Other projects or duties as assigned.

    Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with 10+ years of related experience and people leadership experience within a major company or division of a large corporation.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with finance and operational leadership.

  • Intermediate or better skills using Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with experience communicating to all levels of the organization along with large and small audiences

  • Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships at all levels.

  • Excellent influencing skills

  • Outstanding customer relationship skills and keen service philosophy.

  • Decisive- maker

  • Resourceful leader.

  • Enthusiastic about change management.

  • Understands commercial practices and requirements
