IT Technical Support Analyst / IT Help Desk Analyst (Direct Hire)

What You Will Need:
• Supporting Users: Windows, Active Directory, Hardware / Software issues
• Level 1 Phone Support
• Respond to help desk requests. Service Desk tickets
• Looking for Experience: Reset passwords, Unlock Accounts, troubleshoot computer issues, Remote Support to assist Users’ Computers. You will be supporting Laptops, Desktops, & Peripheral support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, superiors and business contacts in a professional and courteous manner
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong listening skills
• Basic computer skills with emphasis on retail technology
• Aptitude for providing superior customer care
• Must exhibit dependability, adaptability, and flexibility
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• High level of comfort speaking on the telephone
• We’re looking for someone who wants to stay in an IT support type of a role long-term. You must love customer support.
• Technical degree and Certifications are HIGHLY PREFERRED!
