Jenny Bour at Robert Half is looking for a highly-skilled Recruiter for a growing company in the Buffalo/Niagara area! The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of hiring. Are you ambitious and looking to grow your career? Then this Recruiter role may be a perfect fit.
Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling interviews with management, making offers, etc.
Meet with various managers and business units to understand their staffing needs
Attend recruitment events locally and participate in events in the community
Coordinate pre-employment testing, background checks and reference checks
Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting sources and come up with new ways to recruit talent
Inform applicants on benefits and perks that the company offers to be able to attract potential employees
Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
Experience with recruiting is required
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
