Description
We are in search of a diligent Corporate Paralegal to join one of our clients based in Orange County! This role will primarily focus on legal billing, tracking of legal spend, correspondence with outside counsel, corporate governance, and due diligence.
Responsibilities:
• Concentrate on legal billing operations ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Keep track of legal spend and manage budgets effectively
• Handle correspondence with outside counsel professionally and promptly
• Support corporate governance, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards
• Conduct due diligence for projects and initiatives
Requirements
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Legal Billing is essential for this role - Bonus Points for experience with Simply Legal software.
• Well-versed in corporate governance and due diligence in previous roles.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and report-generating skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality for dealing with sensitive information
