Robert Half Data Entry Clerk in Anaheim, California
Description We are currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Anaheim, California. This role provides a contract to hire employment opportunity within the industry. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing work orders, tracking job statuses, and handling customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and maintain records of work orders and service requests
• Monitor the status of ongoing jobs, updating the Service Manager as necessary
• Handle incoming communication, promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Assist in managing emergency service requests, prioritizing tasks accordingly
• Enter data regarding materials used and installed in projects
• Distribute daily schedules and job assignments to field technicians
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry and office organization
• Ensure all details of work orders in the system are accurate
• Process return work orders if original orders are not completed
• Use Microsoft Office Suites and CRM for high-volume data entry tasks related to work orders and purchase orders. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience with CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability in computer data entry
• Prior experience in data entry roles
• Ability to handle high-volume data entry tasks
• Familiarity with work orders procedures
• Knowledge of purchase orders processing
• Must possess strong attention to detail
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent educational level
• Willingness to undergo relevant training, if required.
