This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Anderson, Indiana region and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity.

Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Manage and place incoming telephone calls
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required
Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
Deep understanding of order entry
Customer service experience
Order entry experience required
Collaboration experience preferred
Adeptness in De-Escalation
Experience with Answering Inbound Calls
Demonstrated knowledge of Inventory Tracking
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
