Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality applications across diverse projects. You will be responsible for the entire software lifecycle, from understanding requirements and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and support. You will work independently and collaboratively within a team, leveraging your expertise to solve complex technical and business problems while keeping the customer's best interests at heart.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement software solutions for various projects, ensuring high quality and adherence to requirements.

  • Analyze and resolve system-related issues affecting applications.

  • Work independently and effectively within a project team, collaborating with end users, managers, and colleagues.

  • Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities when needed.

  • Participate in customer interactions and integration activities.

  • Continuously seek self-improvement and expand your skillset.

  • Identify opportunities for new projects or solutions that improve business processes or systems.

  • Set and achieve goals within specified timelines, demonstrating focus and dedication to completion.

  • Analyze complex technical and business problems, identifying and addressing root causes with sound logic.

  • Document software solutions using established practices and maintain a high level of technical expertise.

  • Share knowledge and assist others in adopting new technologies and methods.

  • Possess a general understanding of open-source and commercially available software relevant to the organization's needs

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Science.

  • 3-5 years of experience designing and implementing technical software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Capability to design and implement complex system architectures in distributed environments.

  • Strong programming experience in C#, Java, C/C++.

  • Extensive experience developing web applications with JavaScript, ReactJS, nodeJS, Webpack, HTML5, and latest web standards.

  • Experience with scripting languages like Python, PHP, and SQL.

  • Experience designing applications and schemas using relational databases.

  • Familiarity with web server technologies and software development on various platforms like UNIX and Windows.

  • Experience developing reusable software and tools.

  • Knowledge of Web Services and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) a plus.

  • Experience with EDA software like Altium and creating complex automation scripts considered a benefit.

  • Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Continuous learning mindset and ability to recommend new technologies for technical solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse personnel and explaining complex systems clearly, both verbally and in writing.
