Description Accounts Payable Clerk needed for an energy company in Andrews, Texas. This is a contract to hire position that will report to the A/P Manager. Hours are in office Monday-Friday, 8a to 5p.
As the A/P Clerk you will be responsible for:
processing invoices
match, batch, and coding invoices
check runs
journal entries
reconciliation
special projects as assiged
A/P Clerks with 2+ years of experience are encouraged to apply as well a strong knowledge of MS Excel. Requirements Accounts Payable (AP), Data Entry, Batch Processing, Coding Invoices, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, Expense Reconciliation, Microsoft Excel
