Description Accountemps is seeking a part time Accounting Clerk for an admired company in the transport industry based in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area. The part time Accounting Clerk would be supporting the accounting department as well as assist with administrative duties.
The part time Accounting Clerk will mainly be responsible for:
o Entering receivables into accounting system, processing purchase orders, updating vendor database, cleaning up spreadsheets, data entry
o Strong Excel skills and ability to learn new software
The Accounting Clerk must meet the following criteria:
2+ years of accounting experience
Microsoft Excel is a must
Great plains experience is not required but is a bonus Requirements Accounts Payable (AP), Intercompany Accounts, Data Entry, Prepare Deposits, Daily Cash Receipts, Analyze Revenues, Debits
