Robert Half Marketing Communications Coordinator in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Description

We are presenting an opportunity for a Marketing Communications Coordinator in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This role is vital for our team, as it entails supporting top executives with daily communication projects. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your skills in organizing webinars, creating and editing presentations, and managing digital projects will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Support top management with daily communication projects, including event coordination, setting up webinars, and editing proposals

• Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, ensuring all information is accurate and visually compelling

• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Office Suites and Learning Management Systems for administrative tasks such as enrolling users and editing content

• Proofread proposals to ensure they are free of errors and effectively communicate the intended message

• Manage all Zoom meetings, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any technical issues that may arise

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks when needed

• Ensure strong attention to detail in all tasks and projects

• Manage and maintain an organized system for all digital content

• Handle any inquiries or issues related to the digital content or communication projects

• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our communication strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a Marketing Communications Coordinator role, Project Coordinator role, or similar

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including PowerPoint for presentation creation

• Experience with Learning Management Systems

• Familiarity with online communication platforms such as Zoom for conducting webinars

• Ability to draft and edit business proposals

• Strong skills in copy editing for various marketing materials

• Proven experience in coordinating and organizing communications within a business setting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work onsite in Ann Arbor office daily

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred.
