Copy, faxing, and filing for a number of different departments Requirements - Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
2+ years of experience
Accomplishes tasks independently
Demonstrated ability to manage, lead change, and build process improvements
A passionate teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests
Microsoft Word experience preferred
Administrative Assistance experience
Proven knowledge of Commercial Insurance
Numeric data entry experience desired
Expertise in Administrative Oversight
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Should possess a thorough knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
Capacity to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
