Your responsibilities

  • Oversee employee database records

  • Organize new employee on-boarding orientation methods

  • Oversee office and administrative tasks

  • Explore the internet to track down potential customers Requirements - Past experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Capable in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office

  • Human Resources (HR) Administration experience

  • Adobe Acrobat experience required

  • Strong familiarity with Administrative Office

  • Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

  • Capability to interact with all levels of staff in a rapidly quickly changing environment while maintaining an approachable and appropriate demeanor

  • HR related experience desired
