We are offering a contract role. The job function is for a Sr. Accountant. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring a high level of organization and detail-orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform account reconciliation tasks in a timely and accurate manner

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliations regularly

• Maintain and manage general ledger entries

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reports

• Ensure a smooth and efficient month-end close process

• Operate Yardi software for accounting and financial purposes

• Apply financial modeling skills to create financial forecasts and reports

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role as a Senior Accountant

• Requires proficiency in account reconciliation and general ledger management

• Must be skilled in creating and managing journal entries

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory for data analysis and report generation

• Requires experience in managing month-end close processes

• Knowledge and experience in using Yardi software is advantageous

• Must have the ability to develop and interpret financial models

• CPA certification is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Requires the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
