• Route calls to the appropriate individuals

• Enter data into electronic applications

• Filing, copying and faxing for multiple departments

• Maintain office facility



• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets highly desired

• A goal-oriented teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests

• Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

• Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft excel
